When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent to you approx 4 weeks before the event. However in some circumstances tickets will not be received until 7 days before the event, please do not contact us until 5-7 days before if you have not received your tickets.Recorded delivery is NOT a guaranteed service, if lost in post or the customer alleges they have not received them (with or without signature), the customer will NOT be refunded for the face value of the ticket(s).
If you choose secure delivery you will receive your ticket up until one week before the event. We strongly recommend you choose secure delivery, as tickets are fully traceable and insured. You will also be left a calling card to rearrange delivery should you be unavailable on first attempt; you are able to provide an alternative delivery address in this instance.
How can I find out my seat numbers?
Tickets are normally allocated at dispatch and therefore you will not be able to find out your seating allocation until receipt of your tickets.Are there any age restrictions?
Liverpool - Under 14s must be accompanied by an adultGlasgow - 14s plus
Newcastle - Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult
Nottingham - 14s plus
Southampton - Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult, under 12s must sit in balcony

Why can I only buy 4 tickets?
A maximum of 4 Tickets per event has been set to allow as many people to attend as possible. There will be no exceptions.Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a UK resident?
Yes, there is a higher postage fee for outside the UK tickets.How do I find out about the venue?

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
